Qualified Receptionist (60–80%)

Are you passionate about customer service, particular about your appearance, and have an excellent sense of service?

Profile required:

  • Hotel school diploma preferred
  • Proven experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position
  • Perfect command of French, both spoken and written: fluent expression, a calm tone, and a refined vocabulary
  • Business-level English, to communicate with our international clientele (knowledge of any other language is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in day-to-day work: effective management of workflows, priorities, and unexpected events
  • Excellent ability to multitask
  • Impeccable appearance and elegant demeanor in all circumstances: you embody the center’s image
  • Proficiency in cash management procedures, including daily closings
  • Strong customer service and sales skills: comfortable providing personalized advice and promoting treatments and products
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MindBody, Excel): scheduling appointments, managing, optimizing, and tracking the schedules of independent and salaried therapists; processing client requests
  • A taste for teamwork: caring, mutual aid and solidarity are essential
  • Autonomy, reliability, and responsiveness
  • A positive attitude, diplomacy, and strong communication skills, even under pressure

Conditions:

  • Start date: immediate
  • Workload: 60 to 80 percent, based on a 44-hour workweek
  • Possible overtime
  • Work from Monday to Saturday, on a rotating schedule between receptionists
  • Remuneration: according to profile and experience

Job Description

A wellness center based in Geneva is seeking a lead practitioner specializing in traditional Thai massage to oversee and expand its Asian wellness services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Traditional massage and aromatherapy treatments
  • Transmission and Application of Traditional Thai Massage Techniques
  • Supervision and coordination of a team of practitioners
  • Ensuring the quality of services and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Welcoming and advising international clients
  • Assistance with the operational organization of the massage service

Qualifications

  • Certified training in traditional Thai massage offered by a recognized institution in Thailand
  • Additional training in anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Experience in the professional practice of traditional Thai massage
  • Ability to supervise or coordinate a team of practitioners
  • Fluency in Thai and French
