Inspired by age-old Indian traditions, Shiro - which means "head" in Sanskrit - focuses on the skull, face, neck and sometimes the upper back. Practised seated, they enable deep relaxation of the nervous system and genuine inner reconnection. The hot oil used is Brahmi, an Ayurvedic plant renowned for its calming effects on the mind. For those who prefer, these treatments can also be performed without oil.
Shiro acts as a regenerating break, ideal for mental overload, nervous fatigue or sleep disorders.
A gentle, slow massage, using pressure and rotation, performed on the Marma points of the skull, face, neck and upper body. This energetic treatment aims to balance the subtle circulation of prana (vital energy) while deeply calming the mind. Practiced seated, it can be performed with or without oil. Ideal for regaining clarity, centeredness and inner calm.
This treatment combines a deep abdominal massage (Udara) while lying down, followed by a seated Shiro. This combination acts on the emotional center, releasing physical and mental tensions. The belly, considered in Ayurveda to be our second brain, is massaged to boost vital energy, improve digestion and soothe anxieties. Warm oil reinforces anchoring and relaxation.
A complete treatment to relax the mind and gently detoxify.
An enveloping, complete treatment. It begins with a flowing, rhythmic abhyanga body massage (lying down), followed by a seated cranial Shiro. It helps to deeply relax the entire nervous system, releasing muscular tension and harmonizing body and mind.
A short but powerful break, to be enjoyed seated, with or without oil.
The 30-minute version focuses on the head, neck and upper back, for an immediate effect on tension and mental fatigue.
In the 45-minute version, the face is also massaged, enabling deeper relaxation and overall harmonization of the mind and emotions.
This treatment is ideal for people with mental overload, in search of clarity or suffering from sleep disorders.
