A Moment of Ephemeral Beauty and Profound Significance
We are delighted to invite you to a unique and spiritually charged event on June 26, 2024 from 7 to 8:30 pm.
The sand mandala is an ephemeral work of art, meticulously created by Tibetan monks. Each grain of sand is placed with particular care, forming intricate, colorful geometric patterns, symbolizing the universe in harmony. The mandala destruction ceremony is a ritual of dissolution, representing the impermanence of all things and the cycle of life and death.
Attending this ceremony is a rare opportunity to connect with an age-old tradition and feel the collective energy of the moment.
It's an invitation to discover Tibetan culture through Buddhist practices and their philosophy of impermanence.
The program
The mandala destruction ceremony will be followed by the distribution of sacred sands to participants, followed by a moment of sharing and discussion over tea.
This event is entirely free and open to all, subject to availability. We invite you to register now to guarantee your participation.
