My background and qualifications:
- Graduate of the Morges School of Ayurveda after 3 years of in-depth training.
- Holder of the OrTra TC Branch Certificate in Ayurveda Therapy.
- Professional practice since 2020, ASCA and RME accredited.
My philosophy:
For me, Ayurveda, the age-old holistic medicine from India, is much more than a treatment method: it's an art of living that profoundly transforms body and mind. Through my practices, I am committed to providing each person with a space of caring, listening and personalized support, in order to meet their specific needs.
My daily practice :
Ayurvedic massages :
- Soothing effects on the nervous system and emotions.
- Recognized anti-stress properties.
Healthy living tips :
- Based on the principles of Ayurvedic wisdom, adapted to your constitution and imbalances.
Complementary techniques :
- Integration of sacred rituals, yoga and taichi, which I've been practicing for 12 years, to enrich my approach.
For whom?
- Anyone seeking balance, relaxation and well-being.
- Consultations and massage are reimbursed by certain complementary health insurance plans (check with your insurance company).
What inspires me:
- This quote from Goethe inspires and guides me every day: "Do you want to live happily? Walk with two bags, one for giving, the other for receiving".
- And this Indian proverb: "Do good to your body so that your soul wants to stay in it" reminds us that it's good to be kind to ourselves, to give it gentleness, care and an environment (what we eat, what we breathe, what we put on our skin, physical activities, etc.) conducive to a good physical, and therefore mental, emotional and spiritual life balance, since everything is intimately linked. This is what we learn to do with Ayurvedic daily routines.
