Terre des Sens Genève is recruiting: Qualified receptionist (70% to 80%)

Profile required:
- Hotel school diploma desired
- Proven experience : minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Perfect command of Frenchfluent oral and written expression, poised tone, accurate vocabulary
- English preferred - professional level required to interact with our international clientele (any other language is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills, rigor in daily tasks, effective management of workflows, priorities and unforeseen events
- Impeccable presentation and an elegant attitude in all circumstances - you embody the image of the
- Mastery of cash register managementincluding daily closures
- Fort service and sales skills : at ease with personalized advice and the promotion of care products
- Mastery of reception tools (MindBody, excel, Tipee), making customer appointments, managing, optimizing and monitoring freelance and salaried therapist schedules, managing customer requests.
- A taste for teamwork: caring, mutual aid and solidarity are essential
- Good command of reception-related IT tools
- Autonomy, reliability, responsivenesswith an excellent team spirit
- Positive attitude, diplomacy and communication skills - even under pressure
Conditions:
- Starting date : immediate
- Working hours : 70% à 80%on the basis of 44h per week
- Working with Monday to Saturdayon a rotating schedule between receptionists
- Compensation : according to profile and experience
