Conditions of participation: 

Article 1: Organiser
The company Terre des Sens, Rue des Glacis-de-Rive 15 CH-1207 Geneva (hereinafter the "Organiser") is organising a free photo competition on Instagram (hereinafter the "Competition") from 2 to 31 August 2019 at midnight.

The Organiser expressly informs that participants and participants acknowledge by participating in the Contest that Instagram does not sponsor or manage the Contest in any way whatsoever and that Instagram shall in no event be held liable for any damage resulting from the management or organisation of the Contest.

The information provided by participants in this contest is intended for the Organiser and not Instagram.

Article 2: Conditions of participation
2.1 This Contest is open to any individual over the age of majority or under the age of 13 (on the date of participation in the game) and residing in Switzerland or France.
2.2 This competition is open to all participants except members of the Organiser's staff.
2.3 To participate, minors over 13 years of age must obtain the prior authorization of their legal representatives, who will have previously accepted the
these regulations. The participation in the Competition of such a minor leads the Organiser to assume that the minor has obtained the prior written authorisation of his legal representatives. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of the authorisation of the minor's legal representatives. Article 3: Conduct of the Competition
3.1 To participate in the Contest, the entrant must:
- Have an Instagram account in public mode and connect to it
- Take a picture in the offices of Terre des Sens. You are asked not to use additional lighting, and not to disturb the tranquility of the premises. Each participant undertakes to send a photo of himself as the author.
- Publish the photo on your Instagram account by identifying @terredessensgeneve and adding # concoursphoto
- Only one photo per participant is accepted.

- The photos must not contain any additional text
- The participants undertake to respect the law in force in Switzerland, in particular that relating to the protection of personality and the right to an image
- By sending their photos, participants agree that they may be published on the Organiser's various media and media (website, social networks)
3.2 The selection of the winning photos will be made by the Organiser according to the following criteria:
- Originality of photography, staging, aesthetics
- Respect for the nature-related themes indicated in point 3.1.

- Jury composed of a member ofTerre des Sens, an independent photographer, and the communication manager.

3.3 Prize for the winner: 1 duo massage worth CHF 200.00

3.4 The winner will be contacted directly via his Instagram ID no later than 15 September 2019, commenting on the winning photo and will be asked to send an e-mail in order to contact him directly.

3.5 The winner will be asked to collect his prize at Terre des Sensthe end of September 2019. In the event of no response or withdrawal by October 30, 2019 to receive the prize, he/she will not be able to appeal under any circumstances and participation in the Contest will be cancelled.

3.6 The prize may not be exchanged and the value may under no circumstances be converted into cash.
3.7 The Organiser reserves the right to publish the photos of the participants on its own channels and social media, in particular to announce the
winner of the contest. The Organiser mentions and credits the authors of the photos.
3.8 Any recourse to legal recourse is excluded.
3.9 Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules by all participants. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible award of bonuses, without express communication from the Organiser.

Article 4: Disqualification
4.1 Any fraud or attempted fraud, use of photographs that do not belong to the participant and any other process that allows
to increase his chances of winning by any means or others is prohibited.
Any photograph that does not meet the entry criteria will automatically be excluded from the Contest, without express information from
the Organiser.
4.2 The Organiser may thus definitively cancel the participation of one or more participants in the event of the observation of suspicious behaviour consisting in particular in the multiplication of accounts. It may then not allocate the allocations to the participants concerned, in the light of the information in its possession, and/or prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. Any cancellation will be made without express communication from the Organiser.
4.3 The Organiser may also cancel all or part of the Competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever,
